• United POS Solution, “UP Solution” founded
• United Merchant Services acquires PCI‐DSS certification

2009

• Launch of UP Restaurant®, integrated POS solution for hospitality vertical

2010

• Industry’s first ECC integration with Casio Cash Registers
• UP Solution Korea Founded, later renamed “ImU”, UP Solution’s R&D center in Seoul Korea

2011

• Launch of UMS proprietary payment gateway, U Pipe™ and U Charge®
